10 Day Challenge

Buddha-Core invites you to our 10 day Challenge that will begin

JUNE 14!


The 10 days will be filled with Pilates, stretching and an option to journal to encourage mindfulness, awareness of relationships, self love, and overall happiness. I have carefully curated the unique 10 days to help reach your goals. Classes will be 30 minute Zooms every weekday at 9am and 10:30 on weekends. Props optional but recommended, circle band, tennis/lacrosse ball, 3 pound weights, light ankle weights.

The 10 day challenge is $100.
