Wednesday, October 6 - Sunday, October 10
30-40 minute Pilates Zoom workouts with 1 day of cardio & Pilates mix
Optional challenges outside of the Zoom classes
(running, walking, dancing)
Optional journaling prompts
All classes will be recorded and sent if you can’t make the class times.
$50 for 5 days
